RAG Knowledge Base for Your Team
One place where staff ask questions about policies, products and processes and get cited answers from your own docs.
Our custom RAG development services take you from scattered documents to a tested system your team and customers use every day. Start with one of these or combine them; each one ships with citations, permissions and an accuracy report.
One place where staff ask questions about policies, products and processes and get cited answers from your own docs.
A website or WhatsApp chatbot that answers from your help center and product data, and hands off to a person when unsure.
Ask questions across contracts, manuals and reports, and get the exact clause or page back.
Assistants that search, compare sources, run steps and act in your tools, with approval for anything risky.
We measure retrieval and answer quality, then fix chunking, search and prompts until the numbers improve.
Your pilot gives wrong or slow answers? We audit it and fix it rather than starting over.
Tell us what your team searches for every day. We'll show you what a RAG system can answer, how accurate it can be and what it costs, on a free 30-minute call.
Not every AI problem needs RAG. Here's how we decide, and we'll tell you honestly on the first call, even if the answer is "you don't need us".
Your answers depend on documents that change, people need to see sources, or different users may see different data.
You need a fixed style, format or narrow task at high volume, and the facts rarely change. Often it's RAG plus a little fine-tuning.
You have a few short documents and low volume. Putting them straight into the prompt is simpler and cheaper.
The data is mostly numbers better served by a dashboard or SQL report, or there's no reliable source of truth yet.
Straight answers to the questions we hear on almost every first call. Don't see yours? Ask us on a free call.
RAG development services design, build and run retrieval-augmented generation systems: AI that searches your own documents and data first, then answers with sources. That covers connecting and cleaning your data, building search and re-ranking, adding permissions and guardrails, testing accuracy on real questions, and keeping the system up to date after launch.
RAG, or retrieval-augmented generation, is a pattern where software fetches the most relevant passages from a knowledge base and passes them to a large language model, which writes the answer from that evidence. It makes models like GPT or Claude accurate about your business without retraining them, and lets every answer show where it came from.
A RAG pilot on one knowledge base usually costs $5,000 to $12,000. A production system with several sources, permissions and monitoring costs $12,000 to $35,000, and enterprise or on-premise platforms start around $35,000. See pricing. LLM and hosting fees are billed separately, and after 2 weeks of free support an optional Care Plan starts from $750 a month.
A pilot on your own documents goes live in 3 to 5 weeks. A production system with several sources takes 6 to 10 weeks, and enterprise platforms take 10 to 16 weeks. You see accuracy results on your real questions in the first two weeks.
For most business questions RAG is better, because facts change and people need sources; you update a document, not a model. Fine-tuning is better for a fixed style, format or narrow task at high volume. Many strong systems use RAG for facts plus a little fine-tuning for tone or format.
It reduces them a lot, but no system removes them completely. We ground every answer in retrieved passages, require citations, make the model say "I don't know" when evidence is missing, and measure faithfulness on a test set before and after launch.
Almost any text-based source: PDFs, Word files, scanned documents, Google Drive, SharePoint, Confluence, Notion, websites, help centers, SQL databases, CRM and help desk records, Slack and spreadsheets. With multimodal RAG it can also search images, diagrams, audio and video.
We build a test set of your real questions with known answers, then score retrieval (did it find the right passage) and generation (is the answer correct and faithful to the source) using tools like Ragas. Scores are tracked on a dashboard and re-run after every change. See our process.
Yes. We carry each document's access rules into the index and filter results by the person asking, so a sales rep never gets an answer built from an HR file. Permission tests for every role are part of our launch checklist.
Yes. RAG works with any capable LLM. We pick the model for your accuracy, speed, cost and privacy needs, and because the knowledge base is separate, you can switch models later without rebuilding it.
Yes. For strict data rules we deploy on-premise RAG or run it in your private cloud with open-source models like Llama or Mistral, so documents and questions never leave your network.
Yes. Enterprise RAG adds single sign-on, permission-aware retrieval across many sources, audit logs, data residency, high availability and an admin panel for each department. Our builds follow GDPR principles and are SOC 2-ready when the right hosting and agreements are in place.
Yes. For healthcare we build HIPAA-ready systems with encrypted data, access logs and hosting under a BAA, and the system never gives medical advice. For finance we add strict permissions, audit trails and citation-only answers on policies and regulations.
Yes. We're based in the US and Pakistan and work with teams in the USA, UK, Canada and UAE in your time zone, with senior engineers, weekly demos and an NDA from day one. Outsourcing RAG development this way usually costs far less than a local team, without cutting corners on quality.
Ask to see accuracy measured on your own documents before you sign, check that answers show sources and respect permissions, and make sure you'll own the code, data and index. Ask for prices up front. That's why we offer a free RAG accuracy test and 2 weeks of free support after launch.
Book a free 30-minute call. We'll look at your documents, your users and your access rules, then show you the fastest path to a RAG application your team and customers can trust. Every launch comes with 2 weeks of free support.
