What is Victoria AI?
Victoria is an AI automation platform that lets people submit requests by voice, text, or SMS. It transcribes what they say with AssemblyAI, processes it with OpenAI, and routes it to the right admin automatically.
How does Victoria route voice and text requests?
A request comes in by voice, chat, or SMS. AssemblyAI transcribes any spoken audio, OpenAI's Chat Completion models read the content and categorize it, and the platform routes it to the right Admin by office and category, no manual triage required.
Is Victoria still available as a standalone app?
Victoria's technology is now integrated directly into ToryOS, AngleBrackets' brokerage operations platform. This case study covers the original build: the architecture, the AI pipeline, and the features that now power that integration.
