As a Forward Deployed Engineer, Qitmeer bridges the gap between business needs and engineering execution, working directly on client requirements, integrations, AI-powered solutions, and technical workflows. His hands-on approach allows him to quickly identify challenges, adapt solutions to specific use cases, and ensure that what we build delivers meaningful value in real-world environments.

Alongside his engineering responsibilities, Qitmeer plays an important role as a Team Lead, helping coordinate technical execution, supporting developers, reviewing solutions, and keeping projects aligned with their technical and business objectives. He brings a strong problem-solving mindset and a practical approach to tackling complex technical requirements.
